These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of studiolikes.com and the services offered through it (the "Services"), provided by Studio Likes ("Studio Likes," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
Studio Likes provides social engagement services, including followers, likes, views, comments, and related engagement, across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and Threads. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms or their parent companies. Use of their names is solely to describe the services we offer.
2. How the Service Works
When you place an order, you provide us with a username, profile link, or content link relevant to the service you've chosen. We do not require your password or any form of account access. Most services require your profile or content to be set to public during the delivery period so that engagement can be applied. Once your order is placed, delivery typically begins within a few hours and continues gradually over the following hours or days, depending on the service and package selected.
We work with a range of engagement sources to fulfil orders. We do not claim that every account contributing engagement is independently verified, and we make no guarantee of the identity, authenticity, or behaviour of any individual account involved in delivery. What we do commit to is selecting and monitoring sources for reliability and quality, and standing behind the delivery of what you've ordered.
3. Account Requirements
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- Your relevant social media profile or content is set to public during the delivery period, where required
- Your username or profile link remains unchanged for the duration of delivery
- The information you provide to us is accurate and belongs to you, or that you are authorised to use it
If your account or content becomes private, is deleted, or has its username changed during an active order, delivery may be interrupted, and we are not responsible for any resulting shortfall.
4. How You Complete a Purchase
To place an order, select your platform, choose your service and package, enter the required details, and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the total cost before completing payment. By submitting payment, you confirm that you intend to purchase the service shown, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that the details you've entered are accurate.
Orders are typically processed shortly after payment is confirmed. Once an order has entered processing, it may not be possible to amend the details provided.
5. Purchases and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Charges for your order will appear on your bank or card statement under the descriptor “STUDIOLIKES.COM” or a close variation of it, depending on your card provider's formatting. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact our support team before raising a dispute with your bank, as we are able to confirm and explain any order tied to your account.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute. Should a chargeback or dispute be filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold further delivery, and submit relevant order and delivery evidence to your payment provider.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to feel confident in what you've ordered. If you're not satisfied with a service you've purchased, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided the order has not been fully delivered.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Orders that have been fully delivered as described
- Promotional or complimentary services provided at no cost
- Orders affected by your account being set to private, deleted, or having its username changed during delivery, where this was outside our control
How to request a refund:
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Cancellations:
If you'd like to cancel an order that hasn't yet entered delivery, contact support as soon as possible. Orders already in progress may not be eligible for cancellation, though we'll always do what we can to help.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to misuse this policy, including repeated requests for the same or similar services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Studio Likes only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our Services to engage in harassment, deception, or any activity intended to mislead others
- Attempt to resell, redistribute, or represent our Services as your own
- Use automated systems to access, scrape, or interfere with our website
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any account found in breach of this section.
8. Platform Compliance
Using engagement services may carry some risk under the individual terms of service of the platforms involved. It is your responsibility to understand and accept that risk before purchasing. We are not responsible for any action taken against your account by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, or any other platform, including suspension, restriction, or removal, however caused.
9. No Warranty
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to deliver every order accurately and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service. We make no warranty as to the long-term retention of followers, likes, views, or other engagement once delivered, though we do monitor delivery and will look into any unexpected drops reported within a reasonable period after your order.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Likes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Studio Likes, its team, and its partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including any social media platform's terms of service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal or operational reasons. Where changes are significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
